Terms of Service
RoadsterVideo terms for AI video generation, one-time credit packs, and use of uploaded content.
The service
RoadsterVideo provides an independent photo-to-video tool for fictional flying-car scenes and information about the Tesla Roadster video trend. RoadsterVideo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Tesla, SpaceX, or their related companies. Their names identify the subject of the trend; their trademarks remain their respective owners' property.
AI outputs can contain distortions, inaccurate details, or unexpected motion. They are not evidence of a vehicle's real capabilities. Label fictional AI content appropriately when sharing it, and do not present it as an official announcement or authentic footage. The gallery contains credited third-party trend examples; those clips are not promises of an identical result from this tool.
Your account and uploads
Keep your sign-in details secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use. Upload only material you have permission to use, including permission from identifiable people where required. You retain any rights you already hold in your uploads and allow RoadsterVideo and its processing providers to use them as necessary to fulfill your request and operate the service.
Do not use the service to infringe rights, impersonate someone deceptively, create unlawful content, obtain unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or evade credit and account limits. Repeated free-credit claims through additional accounts may be refused.
Credits and payments
The listed packs are one-time purchases in US dollars, with no automatic renewal: Starter costs $5 for 80 credits, Creator costs $15 for 270 credits, and Studio costs $30 for 600 credits. Purchased credits expire 365 days after they are granted. Any applicable taxes and the final charge appear at checkout before purchase. Checkout is available only when a payment provider has been configured.
The generator shows the required credits before submission. The model, duration, and resolution determine that amount. A generation request deducts credits when its task is created. A confirmed failed task restores its charged credits. A delayed or uncertain provider response may require investigation before it can be marked failed; avoid submitting the same request again while its status is unresolved.
Eligible new accounts may receive a one-time five-credit trial, subject to the anti-abuse checks and offer shown on the site. The trial covers one five-second 480p generation. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are not a financial product. Free and paid outputs do not receive a RoadsterVideo watermark.
Contact support@roadstervideo.com about a billing error or refund request, with the order reference. A successful AI generation is not guaranteed to match your creative expectations, and dissatisfaction does not automatically restore credits. Any rights or remedies required by applicable consumer law remain available.
Outputs and third-party material
Your ability to use an output depends on the rights in your inputs, applicable law, and the relevant model-provider terms. RoadsterVideo does not guarantee that an output is unique, copyright-protected, or cleared of third-party rights. A paid account or credit purchase does not license Tesla or other third-party trademarks, a person's likeness, music, or any example video displayed on the site.
Source links beneath examples identify their origin. They do not grant permission to copy, redistribute, or commercially use those examples. You are responsible for checking rights before publishing your own work.
Availability and account restrictions
Generation depends on third-party infrastructure and can be delayed or unavailable. Features, supported models, and future prices may change; the price displayed for your selected purchase or submitted job applies to that transaction. We may restrict an account where necessary to investigate abuse, protect the service, or comply with applicable requirements.
The service is provided as available. We do not promise a particular generation time, visual result, search ranking, or recommendation by ChatGPT or another service. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
