About this policy

This policy describes the data used by RoadsterVideo at roadstervideo.com. Contact support@roadstervideo.com for privacy questions or requests concerning your data.

Data used to provide the service

  • Account details: your email address, name, sign-in identifiers, and account preferences.
  • Generation data: uploaded photos, prompts, selected settings, generated videos, task identifiers, status messages, and credit transactions. These records let us run a job, show its progress, and handle failed jobs and support requests.
  • Order details: the selected credit pack, amount, currency, payment status, and payment-provider references. When checkout is available, the selected payment provider handles payment credentials; RoadsterVideo does not store full card numbers.
  • Operational data: IP address, browser and request information, security events, and service logs. These help prevent repeated free-credit claims, investigate errors, and protect accounts.
  • Support messages: information you choose to send to our support address.

Photos, videos, and generation providers

Generating a video sends the uploaded photo, prompt, and selected settings to APIMart, which routes the request to the selected video model. Processing therefore takes place outside your browser and may involve the model provider's infrastructure. Do not upload content you are not entitled to share with these providers.

Uploaded photos and finished videos use Cloudflare R2 storage when the production service is configured. A media URL contains an unpredictable identifier, but it is a public link, not a password-protected private file. Anyone who obtains that URL can access the file. We do not intentionally add your uploads or outputs to the public example gallery. Public gallery clips are separately sourced and attributed.

Download any result you wish to keep. Storage is not a permanent archive. We do not promise automatic deletion after a fixed number of hours or days; contact support to request deletion. We may retain limited task, billing, and security records where needed to resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or meet applicable obligations. Copies already downloaded or cached by others may remain outside our control.

Cookies and browser storage

The service uses cookies for sign-in and browser storage for preferences and generation continuity, such as remembering a task after a page reload. Your browser controls can clear these records. Clearing them may sign you out or remove local progress information.

Sharing and safeguards

We use service providers for hosting and storage, AI processing, authentication, email, and payments when those features are enabled. We share the data needed for the corresponding service. We may also disclose data when required by applicable law or to address fraud, security incidents, or misuse. We do not sell personal information.

Access controls and encrypted network connections help protect account and operational data. Public media links have the access limits described above. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your requests and policy changes

Email support@roadstervideo.com to ask about access, correction, export, or deletion. Include your account email and, for a media request, the relevant task or file link. We may need to verify account ownership before acting. Available rights and retention exceptions depend on applicable law.

We update the date on this page when this policy changes and provide additional notice where required.
